Head Start Enrollment
Head Start services are provided in the cities of Hampton, Newport News, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Norfolk. Early Head Start services are only available in Southeast Newport News. Click on the Early Head Start or the Head Start Preschool for more information on eligibility requirements. Click on ONLINE APPLICATION to apply.
